7. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with current consumer protection legislation:
- Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return without the need for justification, except for legally established exceptions
- Exceptions: The right of withdrawal shall not apply to services already provided, customized products, or events already held
- Procedure: To request a return, send an email to infocongreso@gnosis.is indicating your order number and the reason for the return
- Refund period: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Partial refunds: Partial refunds may be made when only part of the purchased products is returned
8. Cancellation by the Organizer
If the Organizer is forced to cancel a product or service, a full refund of the amount paid will be made. The Organizer will notify the cancellation by email to the buyer.
9. Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure. In any case, the Organizer's liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
